Penelope grew up in Sudbury, Massachusetts relishing the life of cheerleader, semi professional ballet dancer and questionable softball player! 

She has been working as a voice artist for nearly 20 years in all genres with an extensive vocal range from babies to grannies!

Her voice is used regularly in animation, narration, computer games, dubbing, continuity, English Language Tapes (spoken and singing), ADR, commercial and radio.  

As an award winning audiobook narrator, Penelope has voiced over 200 audiobooks and was nominated by Audible for Narrator of the Year.

Favourite titles include: Gorillas in the Mist, Homeland: Carrie’s Run, Homeland:Saul’s Game (based on the CBS television series), The Lives of Stella Bain by Anita Shreve, the FBI Agent Ren Bryce Series by Alex Barclay and Unseen by Karin Slaughter. 

Known for voicing children’s voices - Penelope has a passion for animation, and can currently be heard on Nick Jnr in Rainbow Rangers (voicing Lavender and Indigo) and the title role of Mini Wolf on Netflix. She also voices the lead characters Zip, Zap and Leila in Mighty Smighties, all female voices in Captain Virat (Toonz Animation), the title role of the adorable tortoise in the series Lulu Zipadoo, and Princess Rhea and Princess Hera in the series SpacePops (Genius Brands/Telegael).

 

Penelope has worked extensively as an actress for many years in regional and national theatre as well as internationally. Favourite roles include Joanna in the national tour of Guess Who’s Coming to Dinner? (alongside George Sewell & Patrick Robinson) and Butterflies Are Free for Vienna’s English Theatre.
