David has been a professional actor/singer/voice-over artist since the age of 13, working worldwide in TV, film, theatre (including Broadway), commercials, promos, animation, audio books, video games, corporate films, documentary narration and feature film post production and dubbing.
David’s experience as a voice artist is extensive and varied. He has worked on numerous commercial campaigns such as Chrysler, BP, L’Oréal, Ford, Rolex, Dannon and McDonalds. He has also voiced a variety of promos for channels such as Showtime, The History Channel and Disney TV/Web.
His video game work includes pivotal roles in Beyond Two Souls with Willem Dafoe and Ellen Page, Detroit-Become Human, Ghost Recon Wildlands, Grand Theft Auto 3 and many others.
David’s theatre work includes 507 performances of Saturday Night Fever on Broadway. He has undertaken hundreds of television roles including series regulars, recurring characters and guest starring roles in series including The Sopranos, Law and Order: SVU, Platane in which he played himself, Mad About You and The Split, to name but a few.
His notable film credits include The Doors, The Fabulous Baker Boys, Three Days to Kill with Kevin Costner, Anna M directed by Luc Besson, Platoon directed by Oliver Stone and Wes Anderson’s The Royal Tenenbaums.
David is the voice of Aladdin at Disney’s Epcot Center, the English voice of Asterix and he has been the voice of environmental cartoon superhero, Captain Planet since 1991.
