Ben is an actor, director, presenter and voice over artist. As an actor for over 25 years, he is best known for a seven year stint in Channel 4's Hollyoaks, 2 years in Brookside as well as 5 years in BBC1's Holby City.  His voice over credits include Google as well as numerous corporate projects.

He has also appeared regularly on our screens in shows such as Crime Stories, Doctors, Family Affairs, Casualty, and Disney's Evermoor to name but a few.

He has trodden the boards in many theatre productions including, Four Knights in Knaresborough and Cat on a Hot Tin Roof both of which he was nominated for a Best Actor award in the Manchester Evening News Theatre Awards, as well as the touring National production of Noises Off.

Work as a presenter has seen him travel all over the world for the Travel Channel as well as fronting productions for RED, Film24, Angela and Friends, Gala TV and This Morning.

As a Director, he has proudly been part of the team that created 'Out!', 'Extraordinary People - the Burns victim and the Bosphorus' and 'Black and Whyte' all of which have won awards and been nominated for many others.

His voice style is warm, familiar and likeable.
