Actress, writer and comedienne Catherine McCargo, is originally from Belfast, where she started her career in theatre, and is now living in London having trained at Central School of Speech and Drama.  Before moving to London she wrote, performed in and produced two plays, Live and Let Di and Bliss and has since written and directed two children’s musicals.    

Catherine has appeared in several TV commercials and has been the face and voice of Junction 1 for the last 3 years.  Her voice credits include The Art of Living and Talking Newspapers.   With a background in stand-up comedy, Catherine is currently writing a sit-com and last year she made her debut as a live television presenter.  She is now a regular guest presenter on QVC.
