Gordon trained as an actor at the RSAMD in Glasgow.

His theatrical career has seen him perform in the West End, at theatres across the UK and internationally, including appearing in the modern children’s classic Stick Man at Sydney Opera house.  He has performed in everything from Shakespeare productions to large scale musicals such as Joseph and The Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat  and playing Susan Boyles love interest in I Dreamed a Dream: The Susan Boyle Musical

His TV credits include Citizen Khan, and The League of Gentlemen  for the BBC and gritty Channel 4 drama The Ghost Squad.

Gordon is a regular performer in Panto appearing as all sorts of idiots at venues up and down the country including Exeter Northcott, Buxton Opera House and most notably playing Dame at the Kings Theatre in Glasgow.

Gordon has appeared in many commercials both as an actor and/or, voice artist. Campaigns include Pizza Hut, EasyJet, Bellhaven Best, Morrison’s, The Scottish Sun and Trade Point.

He can also be heard in several computer games, including Sword Coast Legends and Might and Magic:Trial by Fire.

He is the host of the theatre podcast Taking Turns to Talk. (available to download from Apple podcasts).
